The Cheboygan County Department of Building Safety is currently enforcing the 2006 Michigan Residential Code, 2006 Michigan Building Code, 2008 National Electrical Code, 2006 Michigan Plumbing Code & 2006 Michigan Mechanical Code, along with the 2006 International Fuel Gas Code.
