Property tax bills come out July 1st and December 1st every year.
It is the taxpayer's responsibility to contact their Local Treasurer if they do not receive the original bill.

PROPERTY GOES INTO FORFEITURE $175 TITLE SEARCH FEE, & $60 RECORDING FEE PLUS 1/2% PER MONTH INTEREST RETROACTIVE TO 3/1 OF PREVIOUS YEAR
APRIL
CERTIFICATE OF FORFEITURE RECORDED
SEPTEMBER 1ST
$35 PROCESS SERVER FEE - PROPERTIES ARE POSTED BY OFFICER
NOVEMBER
DEADLINE TO PREVENT PUBLICATION - NOVEMBER 30TH
DECEMBER
LAST PART OF DECEMBER/BEGINNING OF JANUARY LIST PUBLISHED TWICE IN LOCAL PAPERS

SHOW CAUSE HEARING - PROPERTY OWNERS CAN MEET WITH TREASURER TO ASK TO BE WITHHELD FROM FORECLOSURE & DISCUSS PAYMENT OPTIONS
ALSO THE FORECLOSURE HEARING

REDEMPTION PERIOD
ANY TAXES NOT PAID BY MARCH 31ST END OF BUSINESS DAY 4:30PM WILL BE FORECLOSED AND OFFERED AT A PUBLIC AUCTION THAT WILL BE HELD IN AUGUST
