PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ON REQUEST

Ruth Wolf – Requests a rezoning from Agr iculture and Forestry Management (M-AF) to Residential Development (D-RS). The subject property is located in Tuscarora Township, addressed as 4359 Wilson Rd., Section 25, Parcel #161-025-200-050-04 .

Cheboygan County Planning Commission - PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the Cheboygan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Cheboygan County Zoning Ordinance No. 200 on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room, Room 135, Cheboygan County Building, 870 S. Main St., Cheboygan, MI 49721.  The proposed ordinance amends the Cheboygan County Zoning Ordinance No. 200 to permit solar energy systems as land uses within the county. In addition, the proposed ordinance would amend Article 21 (Administration and Enforcement) regarding duty to inspect and administrative search warrants.  A copy of the entire text of the proposed zoning ordinance amendment may be obtained at the office of the Cheboygan County Planning & Zoning Department, P.O. Box 70, 870 South Main St., Rm. 103, Cheboygan, MI 49721 during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend and present its comments on the proposed zoning ordinance amendment.
