The Cheboygan County Department of Building Safety is currently enforcing the 2009 Michigan Residential Code, 2009 Michigan Building Code, 2009 Michigan Uniform Energy Code, 2009 Michigan Rehabilitation Code, 2008 National Electrical Code, 2009 Michigan Plumbing Code & 2009 Michigan Mechanical Code, along with the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code.
