The court accepts payment for fines and costs by:
- CASH - please do not send cash by mail.
- CHECK - payable to the 89th District Court.
- MONEY ORDER - payable to the 89th District Court.
- VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER (Cheboygan County Only).
INTERNET OPTION to make credit card payment will be available soon.
YOU MAY CALL THE COURT DIRECTLY TO MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.

*PLEASE NOTE: THE COURT CANNOT ACCEPT VISA PAYMENTS IN PERSON.
The court will accept payments :
- In person during regular court hours. (Cheboygan 8:30am - 4:00pm/Presque Isle 8:00am - 4:00pm)
- After 4:00pm, Cheboygan County has a drop box outside the traffic division office. Envelopes provided.
