Phase Description
Phase I (Minimum of 90 days)
- Meet with the Drug Court Case Manager at least 3 times per week and provide weekly schedule/appointments.
- Attend Drug Court on a weekly basis.
- Attend a minimum of 3 AA/NA meetings per week with verification of attendance (on separate days).
- Obtain a sponsor within 30 days of entering program.
- Attend Intensive Outpatient Counseling as directed. Once IOP is completed, must attend additional counseling as recommended
- Submit to random home visits by the Case Manager, Drug Court Officer and/or Probation Officer.
- Submit urine screens 3 days per week and random PBT’s. Additional testing may be ordered by the Court.
- Participant must be in their residence between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless otherwise allowed by the Court.
- Participant should realize the Court could order additional conditions.
- All participants MUST have 90 days of continued drug and alcohol free sobriety before any phase advancement. Participant must also submit an essay requesting advancement to the next phase.
Phase II (Minimum of Six months)
- Meet with Drug Court Case Manager at least 2 times per week and provide weekly schedule/appointments.
- Attend Drug Court on a bi-weekly basis unless otherwise ordered.
- Attend a minimum of 3 AA/NA meetings per week with verification of attendance (separate days)
- All participants will develop a Healthy Living Plan which will include an evaluation of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of their life. This plan must also include education, employment, housing and relationship goals.
- Submit urine screens at least once a week randomly, and on day of Court. The number of PBT’s ordered will be determined by the Court.
- Continue to attend all substance abuse counseling and any other required counseling and/or treatment that have been deemed necessary.
- Submit to random home visits by the Case Manager, Drug Court Officer and/or Probation Officer.
- All participants MUST have 90 days of continued drug and alcohol free sobriety before any phase advancement. Participant must submit an essay requesting advancement to the next phase.
Phase III (Minimum of Six Months)
- Meet with Drug Court Case Manager at least 2 times per week; one meeting in person and one by phone.
- Attend Drug Court on a monthly basis unless otherwise ordered.
- Attend a minimum of 3 AA/NA meetings per week with verification of attendance (on separate days).
- Continue any substance abuse counseling and/or aftercare as recommended, as well as any other counseling deemed necessary.
- Implementation of your Healthy Living Plan into your daily life and routine.
- Submit urine screens at least once per week and on day of Court. Number of PBT’s ordered will be determined by the Court.
- Submit to random home visits by the Case Manager, Drug Court Officer and/or Probation Officer.
- All participants must have all fines and costs related to their Drug Court paid in full, or made financial arrangements to have them paid by their graduation.
- Participant should be employed, actively seeking employment, and/or enrolled in a vocational training/educational program.
- All participants must have a full six months of continued drug and alcohol free sobriety before phase advancement and must complete an essay requesting advance to the final phase.
Phase IV (Minimum of Four Months)
- Meet with the Drug Court Case Manager monthly.
- Attend Drug Court once a month – however, during the final month of Phase IV, weekly Drug Court attendance is required.
- Attend a minimum of 3 AA/NA meetings per week with verification of attendance (on separate days)
- Maintain Healthy Living Plan.
- Attend counseling once a month, or as recommended by the Clinical Assessor.
- Submit to random urine screens and/or PBT’s.
- Participant must be clean and sober for at least nine straight months and must have all Court ordered amounts paid in full to graduate.
