Cheboygan County Materials Management Plan Survey

Cheboygan County is completing a Materials Management Plan to better understand how materials—such as waste, recyclables, and compostables—are currently handled and to identify opportunities for improvement. The plan will help the County evaluate existing services, reduce reliance on landfills, and expand options for recycling and responsible disposal. It also provides a roadmap for making the system more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable while meeting state requirements. By developing this plan, Cheboygan County can coordinate efforts among local communities, businesses, and residents to protect natural resources, support long-term economic health, and ensure materials are managed in a way that benefits both current and future generations.  Please help us by completing a Resident, Business or Student Survey.
