Case Payments (Fines, Costs & Restitution)

53rd Circuit Court fines,  costs or restitution may be made in the following manner:

• Over for the phone with a credit/debit card (Please call the County Clerk’s office at 231-627-8808)
• By sending in a check/money order to: Cheboygan County Clerk, P.O. Box 70, Cheboygan, MI 49721.         Please note your case number in the memo area.
• In person at the Cheboygan County Clerk’s Office.
  • Forms of payment accepted: Check, Money Order, Cash, Debit/Credit
