Zoning Board of Appeals
In December of 1969, the Zoning Board of Appeals was formed as authorized by Act 183 of the Public Acts of 1943. The Zoning Board of Appeals responsibilities include reviewing zoning variances and appeals and interpreting the county zoning ordinance and map.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Commissioner’s Room (Room #119) of the Cheboygan County Building. These dates and time are subject to change.
