Jack Pine Lumber Jack Shows: Come and see extraordinary feats as professional lumberjacks hold exciting competitions! Fun for all ages!

Icebreaker Mackinaw Maritime Museum: Decommissioned in 2006, this veteran Coast Guard Cutter now resides in Mackinaw City as a museum. Come and tour this magnificent vessel to learn more about the its nautical history!

Mackinaw Crossings: Those who enjoy shopping will find all sorts of unique stores within the Mackinaw Crossings in Mackinaw City. The Crossings shopping district is also host to several dining options, as well as several fun attractions such as nightly laser shows during the summer, a haunted house, mazes, and more!

Lighthouses: Scattered throughout the county are several historic lighthouses, many of which can be visited for tours.

Cross in the Woods National Shrine: Located in Indian River, the Catholic shrine is home to several beautifully impressive statues and memorials, including the titular Cross in the Woods. Join in on masses held throughout the week.

Mackinaw Bridge: Connecting the Upper and Lower Peninsulas, as well as Cheboygan, Emmet, and Mackinac Counties, this impressive bridge is touted as the world’s fifth-biggest suspension bridge. A tremendous five miles across, this beautiful bridge has been a key fixture in the area for over fifty years. Each year, the bridge is famous for its annual Labor Day Bridge Walk, which sees thousands of participants crossing the span of the bridge on foot for a breathtaking trek! The Mackinac Bridge has also been featured on the popular TV program Dirty Jobs.
