Grant Agreement
The following document is an agreement between Cheboygan County and the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) laying out the terms of the funding provided to the Cheboygan County Home Improvement Loan Services program. These terms explain the loan terms that can be offered and how the money can be utilized for the home rehabilitation projects as well as the administration reimbursement for the County’s efforts.
